The builder your artists spend their time in.

Three tabs over one release, saving as they type, with a validation panel beside them and a submit control that will not open on a blocking finding. This is the screen that decides whether your catalogue arrives clean.

Submit release

Recreated from the running builder — three tabs, sections with inline hints, required fields marked with a dot, and two finding severities. Submit stays locked while the one blocking finding stands; advisories never block.

Validation is a panel, not an email

Most platforms accept a release and tell you what was wrong with it afterwards, by which point the artist has moved on and the release date is closer. Here the report is beside the form the whole time. Findings carry one of two severities — blocking or advisory — and clicking one moves to the exact field that raised it rather than leaving you to find it.

  • Submit unlocks only on a clean report; advisories never block
  • Each finding deep-links to its own field, across tabs
  • The report is generated server-side, so the same rules apply to the API

Nothing is lost to a closed laptop

The builder autosaves and shows its save state, and the tab you are on lives in the URL — so a reload, a Back, or a link sent to a colleague all land where you were rather than at the top of the form.

  • Autosave with a visible state, not a Save button you can forget
  • Tab held in the query string, so the browser's own history works
  • Drafts are a real state with an event trail, not an unsaved form

Credits are records, not text

Contributors and composers are picked from one shared catalogue with roles, ordering and publishing shares attached. A credit corrected once is corrected everywhere it appears, which is the difference between a clean roster and four spellings of the same artist.

  • Artist, label and composer pickers over one account-wide catalogue
  • Roles, ordering, primary versus featured, and composer shares that must total 100%
  • Audio read at the header level on arrival — sample rate, bit depth, duration

The quickest way to judge this is on releases you recognise. Tell us what you run today and we will walk it through with your data shapes rather than ours.

Every conversation starts here. There is no price list on this site — what this costs depends entirely on what you need it to do.
