Cancellation and Refund Policy

Thank you using WAVBEE and our services.

1. Definitions and interpretation

Intellectual Property Rights – All current and future rights of copyright and all rights in the nature of copyright in all language and all other intellectual property rights of whatever nature, whether registered or unregistered, including trademarks which you now or may at any time after the date of this Agreement be entitled by virtue of or pursuant to any of the laws in force on a worldwide basis;

Owner – The copyright owners to whom the Track belongs;

WAVBEE – WAVBEE TECHNOLOGIES, whose registered office is at XI-430, Mutholy PO, Kottayam, Kerala, India, 686573;

Track – Means the music track(s) to be uploaded by you pursuant to these terms and conditions including the musical composition, lyrics and the recording;

you – The Owner or Distributor who has an account with WAVBEE and who wishes to upload a Track(s) pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.

2 Refunds

2.1 Payments referred to herein shall not be refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to the termination of this Agreement for whatever reason.

2.2 Any payments for services for which the services are denied by WAVBEE the refund may or may not be issued depending on the following;

2.2.1 Service denied due to copyright/Intellectual Property Rights infringements or publishing a Track without the permission of the original Owner; no refund will be issued

2.2.2 Service denied due to likability or not meeting technical or quality requirements for the Track; a refund will be issued within 14 days of the denial of service

2.2.3 Service denied due to another issue mentioned above; refund will be issued at the sole discretion of WAVBEE.
